Drivers have several features:
A driver can be removed from an assignment (go for a rest) only in the city where he was hired.
Drivers themselves change when the car reaches its home garage for more rested ones, if there are any in the garage.
To save driver morale, it is worth combining vehicles into Convoys.
If drivers complete a route of 51 kilometers, each of them will receive 26 experience points.
Drivers can also be sent to courses in Training Centers, where their skills will grow faster.
Drivers' Skill and Morale Impact on Car Speed
If a car has a top speed of 70 km/h, and drivers have skill factors of 50% and 60% (average is 55%), and driver morale is 80% and 90% (average is 85%), then the car will travel at 70 km/h * 55% * 85% = 32.73 km/h
Drivers whose morale is marked in green have the maximum morale they can have.
| Experience | Skill (in %) | Minimum payout (in PLN) | Fuel consumption (in %) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 - 2 500 | 50 | 100 | 150 |
| 2 501 - 5 000 | 55 | 110 | 149 |
| 5 001 - 10 000 | 60 | 115 | 148 |
| 10 001 - 25 000 | 65 | 120 | 147 |
| 25 001 - 50 000 | 67 | 125 | 146 |
| 50 001 - 100 000 | 68 | 130 | 145 |

Morale directly translates into the speed of the car, if the driver has 50% morale, the car will leave at a maximum speed of half.
Morale drops by 1 point for every 6 minutes started on the route (on OPEN, GAME servers it is 3 minutes), morale is collected from drivers at the moment of departure, so reducing the activity time has no effect. If there were 2 drivers, the effect is the same, both drop 1 point.
Morale regenerates every hour, increasing by +4 points to a maximum of 150, even with a Recreation Center. Only drivers who have been to a Recreation Center can have more than 150 points.
Automatic driver exchange means that when a car goes to its base garage and has morale below 100 points then it will be replaced, so it is worth having a spare crew in the garage, automatic exchange assigns drivers with the highest morale of available drivers in this garage.
Morale is nothing more than the number of points, their maximum number is 150, the minimum is 1 point, if their number drops below 100 then the car's speed also drops.
| Number of morale points | Morale (vehicle speed multiplier) |
| 1 | 1% |
| 50 | 50% |
| 85 | 85% |
| 99 | 99% |
| 100 | 100% |
| 101 | 100% |
| 125 | 100% |
| 150 | 100% |
When sending an employee to training, they gain 1000 experience points (equivalent to 2000 km on the road).
Training lasts 24 hours and uses 100 morale points.
If we raise the training center to a higher level, the driver will gain more experience points, this depends on the multiplier that appears next to the level.
Only one employee can attend training at a time.
By sending an employee on leave, he or she regains maximum morale, which increases with each subsequent level of the center, the duration of the leave depends on the degree of fatigue - the more tired the employee is, the longer the leave will last.
If we raise the level of the recreation center, the vacation time will be shortened depending on the multiplier that applies to a given level (1x = normal time, 2x = time twice as short).
Only one employee can be in the centre at a time.
