The option is available only after reaching the required experience:

By having our own stores we can automatically sell goods to the city, not to other players (that's what Company Stores are for).
If we introduce goods to our store, the system will buy these goods at night.
The system buys 10,000 pieces of one product, if our store has a higher level, the number of sold goods is multiplied by it, for example, having level 3 we will sell 3 x 10,000 of each product.
There is a bonus in the company, where after exceeding the thresholds we will receive another bonus for sales.
