The option is available only after reaching the required experience:

By having our own stores we can automatically sell goods to the city, not to other players (that's what Company Stores are for).
If we introduce goods to our store, the system will buy these goods at night.
The system purchases X units of a single item. If our store has a higher level, the number of items sold is multiplied by that level. For example, if we have a level 3 store, we will sell 3 times X of each item in the store. The specific number can be checked on the list of items that can be sold in this building.
There is a bonus in the company, where after exceeding the thresholds we will receive another bonus for sales.
