We manage cars from the Cars tab in the main menu. There we assign them drivers, refuel and repair them.
Vehicles differ primarily in the type of goods they can carry, we must pay special attention to this when choosing a load or producing goods.
Top speed bonuses from engine, suspension and tires are cumulative.
The vehicle's payload is calculated based on the sum of "basic payload + tier multiplier". The higher the vehicle's tier, the greater the payload (and other bonuses) it will receive per tier.
The fuel consumption of the car and the fuel tank are increased in proportion to the level of the vehicle.
In addition, as the level increases, additional bonuses appear in the form of increasing the maximum speed, load capacity, fuel tank or reducing fuel consumption.
Cars have levels of uniqueness. This level determines the maximum level to which you can raise the components of the car, but also the level of the car itself. So if a car has a maximum level of 5, it means that none of its components can have a higher level than 5.
The transport time depends on many factors and may change during its duration:
Fuel consumption is strictly dependent on the time on the road.
Calculated according to the formula: ((“Number of seconds on the road” / 3600) * “maximum speed”)/100 * “consumption per 100 km”
The car running its route loses fuel, when it ends, it automatically leaves the route and refuels the car to full, however, this is burdened with a 15-minute delay for this vehicle and all subsequent events. However, the price of fuel is more expensive than the price from the fuel station by +50%
After purchasing the car, you must use it for at least a week (depending on the configuration of the world), only then it can be scrapped.
Merging truck in Convoys allows for better organization of vehicles in the garage, we can combine cars that are from the same garage, the same car model and are located in the garage.
After connecting, the capacity, fuel consumption and fuel tank are added up. If the Convoy consists of 2 vehicles, it takes up 2 places in the garage.
Increasing the levels of a convoy, its engine, tank, etc. also requires more upgrade points. Upgrade points that were on the merged vehicles are removed when merged.
The convoy can be upgraded in the same way as a regular car, it only costs as many times as the cars are connected.
A convoy requires only 2 drivers to be staffed. This results in saving driver morale.
A convoy consisting of tractor units can normally attach one trailer, which can increase its load capacity. If our convoy has a load capacity of 10,000 and we attach a 105% trailer, we will receive 10,500 capacity.
After researching the ROAD TRAIN technology, we can attach one more trailer for each subsequent level of this technology. Then we have to attach trailers of the same type to this Convoy, and the formula for load capacity looks like this in the case of attaching 105% and 110% trailers (105%-100%) + (110%-100%) = 15%10,000 * (100%+15%) = 11,500
A convoy has the advantage of being repaired just like a single car, so it saves a lot of time.
